My name is Eleanor and I design beautiful prints and patterns crafted to adorn luxury fabrics and papers. I am passionate about creating art, and relish getting lost in the process. I was born in the UK but have grown up all over the world and have a special connection to the Mediterranean where half of my family live. I find joy in every part of my work from sketching ideas, hand-painting designs and converting them into digital files. I hope that this joy translates through my products and inspires the beholder.

Throughout history, we've embraced decoration - look at the depths of ancient caves, on fabric swaths, or even in the vibrant strokes of nature itself. Our desire for beauty is innate. It is self-expression, it makes us feel good, it provokes joy. It is scientifically proven that looking at colours can induce dopamine and oxytocin. Before taking the leap to follow this passion, I spent a decade on the corporate side of fashion and retail, earning a commercial awareness that translates to art that resonates. My patterns are ready for printing onto an array of fabrics for fashion and interiors.
Original Artwork
My designs are drawn and painted by hand in a range of mediums. This hands-on approach lends a painterly quality, capturing the textures of brush strokes and charms of imperfections often lost in our polished world. Honouring craft is the heart of what I do, I appreciate beauty in all its forms and value art as nourishment for the soul. Each print has its own story and is named after a woman who has influenced my journey.
Unique Prints
Most often, nature is my muse along with the global influences of my upbringing. Nature has been proven to sooth stress and elevate mindset, it is no wonder botanical motifs have always been a popular in decoration. My focus centres on timeless floral patterns, infused with colours and a feminine flow that remains perennially on-trend. When I am not sourcing inspiration outside, I find it in art galleries, history museums, architecture and literature.
Digital Files
My artwork is digitised in order to manipulate it into a seamless repeating pattern, ready for printing. I work in Photoshop and Illustrator, providing comprehensive files that offer options to re-scale or re-colour with ease. This is a crucial part of the process and I take pride in balancing the demand for flexibility with the desire for painterly qualities.
Cooridnates
A maximalist ethos drives my love for prints - the more, the merrier. Day by day, I try to follow the meandering journey of creative energy and design with flow. But I also relish the challenge of weaving colours and themes into cohesive collections and seeing them come to life as a unit. Sometimes, a simple gingham check or a gentle stripe can unify an ensemble.
